Terms of Service

Hunted is a job-application tracker: it lets you record applications, companies, contacts, and interviews, upload related documents, and optionally generate AI-assisted interview preparation content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials (or your linked Google account) secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its data or design.

You retain ownership of the applications, documents, and other content you submit ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service — including sending relevant parts of it to third-party AI providers when you request interview-prep generation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Interview-preparation content is generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) based on the information you provide. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and is provided for informational purposes only — it is not professional career, legal, or employment advice. Review it critically before relying on it.

The Service relies on third-party providers (Google Sign-In, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cloudinary, Resend, Railway, Vercel) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data-handling practices of those providers beyond our control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content or loss of data.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
